A majority of buyers now develop their initial interest in a home via the Internet. Since visitors can find their way to you in numerous ways on the web, we employ blanket coverage for your listing on multiple websites and portals. Here are some examples:

My brochures and interactive floor plans are always available from my websites. I also keep brochures on hand at Open Houses.

We reach out on a regular basis to our proven list of email contacts as well as to people who have recentely registered their interest in buying a home. Usually, these are emails to announce an Open House for the upcoming weekend, though we also do special announcements on properties as needed.

We want to make sure we reach our potential buyers in whatever format best suits them, which is why we still mail Just Listed and Just Sold cards to their homes. Those who aren’t as web-savvy can get information they otherwise wouldn’t. People who are already online get another reminder. It’s a win-win!
